Admission to Westminster

2024-2025 Registration Process​​

Our registration process for the 2024-2025 school year will begin in January 2024. We are excited that you want to be a part of the WSYC family! Please contact Laura Johnson with any questions.

Some important dates to remember are as follows:

  • January 3rd, 2024 - January 31st, 2024 – open registration for all families with non-refundable $200 registration fee due at time of registration. Priority will be given in the following order: 

    • Current WSYC families

    • Previous WSYC siblings or alumni’s children

    • WPC families 

    • Future Enrollment Forms completed before December 31st, 2023

    • New Applicants

  • February 2024 – all families will be notified of classroom placement and non-refundable advanced May 2025 tuition due at time of acceptance.

  • March 1st, 2024 – Scholarship Applications are due for any family.

We are excited to begin the registration process for the 2024-2025 school year at WSYC!

Please complete the corresponding Registration form for your child's age on August 31st, 2024, Parent Agreement Statement, and optional Registration Addendum (via email to Laura, in person, placed in the locked black box by the front door after hours, or mailed to WSYC Attn: Laura Johnson, 3639 Old Chapel Hill Road, Durham, NC 27707) with the $200 non-refundable registration fee to guarantee a space for your child for next year.

 

All registrations will be guaranteed placement upon receiving the non-refundable registration fee and will not be credited unless a space is available in that age group. You are welcome to pay by cash or check either in person or through the mail, or with a credit card on our website. Priority for your first choice will not be finalized until the beginning of February when you will receive an email confirmation of your assigned classroom.
